How
much money should I expect to make?
Since
this is a booming industry the sky is literally the
limit. There are some affiliates that we know of
making upwards of $20 000 a month.
Can
I get into legal trouble for this?
We
cannot dispense legal advise, this is our opinion
only. Online
pharmacies are under ongoing scrutiny by
the FDA & the DEA. Currently there
haven't been any legal precedents with taking an
affiliate to court (that we are aware of).
We believe the risk to affiliates to be dependant on
how an affiliate runs his business. We believe that
having a private label operation is asking for trouble
since it gives the government the impression that you
are operating a pharmacy. We also believe that
affiliates should stay away from promoting any type of
medication that is considered to be addictive or habit
forming. You should never promote a product like
hydrocone for both legal and ethical reasons.
Are
these programs free to join?
All
of the programs listed on this website are free. We
never recommend you join an affiliate program if they
charge a set-up fee. Programs should be in the
business of making money from your sales, not from
recruiting you.
How
often am I paid?
This
will depend on the program. Most pay on a monthly
basis, with some paying every 2 weeks. Occasionally
you'll get paid on a quarterly basis. You should
review the terms of the affiliate program prior to
signing up.
Are
taxes removed from my commissions?
Very
rarely. You're an independent contractor therefore
it's your duty to report any and all earnings. We
cannot provide advise on this. You should seek
information from an accountant or tax professional in
your jurisdiction.
Do
I have to be from the USA?
No,
you can sign up for any of these programs from
anywhere around the world. Please take into
consideration most of these pharmacies only sell to
the the USA. There are several that do sell to the UK
and Europe, take a look at the pharmacy in question
for more details.
Do
I need to be incorporated? Do I need any other type of
business license?
No
you don't. You can have the payments made out to your
personal name.
